Eurus, also known as Vulturnus, was the Greek god of either the southeast wind or just East wind. He is one of the Anemoi, the four principal wind deities of Greek mythology, who were the progeny of Eos and Astraeus or Typhoeus. The three other Anemoi were Boreas, Notus and Zephyrus.
