Shu is the Egyptian god of peace, lions, air, and wind.
Overview
Shu was the son of Ra and brother of Tefnut during the dawn of time. At some point Ra got separated from his children, but eventually found them again, which led him to cry in joy and the tears would become the first humans.
Ra and his children would continued to expand the universe, with Shu and Tefnut having children of their own, Geb and Nut, who were the land and the sky. These two then sired the next generation of deities: Osiris, Isis, Nephthys and Set, who ruled over the humans as the first royal family.
